This is a hands-on B2B marketing leadership opportunity focused squarely on building a predictable, measurable pipeline engine.You will transform proven founder-led demand, customer advocacy, partner relationships, and events into scalable marketing programs.The role spans messaging, customer proof, lifecycle marketing, HubSpot, events, enablement, content, and attribution.You will work closely with sales, operations, partners, customers, and executive leadership to connect marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes.Rather than managing marketing from a distance, you will be expected to research, write, build, launch, measure, and continuously improve campaigns yourself.The environment is entrepreneurial, lean, data-driven, and highly execution-focused, with substantial ownership over the marketing function and its results.As the function matures, you will have the opportunity to expand into paid acquisition, website optimization, SEO, AI search, and broader growth initiatives.
