Manager, Software Engineering

The Manager, Software Engineering will provide hands-on technical leadership for an agile engineering team while remaining actively involved in software development. This role combines people leadership, architecture, coding, delivery management, and engineering modernization. You will guide engineers through complex technical initiatives while helping establish consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery practices. Working closely with Product and QA teams, you will translate roadmap priorities into effective engineering execution and reliable software outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, cloud engineering, development standards, and operational reliability. You will also mentor engineers, strengthen team effectiveness, and introduce modern tools and methodologies, including AI-enabled development practices.
