As Manager, People Analytics, you’ll lead enterprise-wide workforce reporting and analytics across a complex, multi-site organization in Canada and the U.S.You’ll turn people data into clear insights that help leaders make informed decisions across recruitment, retention, reward, performance, learning, and talent.The role combines advanced analytics, data visualization, statistical modelling, and strategic business partnership.You’ll own critical reporting suites and dashboards while improving automation, data quality, governance, and self-service capabilities.Your insights will help identify workforce risks, measure people investments, and connect employee trends to broader operational outcomes.You’ll work closely with People, Recruitment, Operations Analytics, Finance, and executive stakeholders, serving as a trusted analytics expert.This is an opportunity to build and scale a modern people analytics capability with visible impact on organizational performance.
