Manager, Compensation Programs

The Manager, Compensation Programs will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise compensation initiatives that support business strategy and employee success. This role oversees critical compensation processes including merit planning, incentive programs, performance management, salary structures, and total rewards communications. You will collaborate with HR, finance, payroll, HR technology, and business leaders to ensure programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring expertise in compensation operations, analytics, and program management. You will influence pay practices, improve compensation processes, and provide insights that support fair and effective decision-making. Working in a remote-first and collaborative environment, you will help shape compensation strategies that strengthen employee engagement and organizational performance.
