Lead Product Designer - Builder

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Designer - Builder based in India. This is a Lead Individual Contributor opportunity focused on shaping the next generation of creator and no-code product experiences.You’ll lead design strategy and execution for tools that enable businesses to create websites, funnels, landing pages, emails, forms, templates, and AI-assisted experiences.The role combines exceptional visual and interaction design craft with strong product thinking, systems thinking, and customer empathy.You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and other cross-functional teams to turn complex workflows into intuitive, powerful experiences.Your influence will extend beyond individual features, helping establish design direction, raise quality standards, and strengthen reusable product patterns.You’ll also mentor designers and contribute to a craft-focused culture while remaining deeply hands-on in the work.This is a fully remote role suited to an experienced designer who thrives on autonomy, ambiguity, collaboration, and delivering polished products at scale.
