Lead Marketer, BDR Revenue Marketing — Upmarket

This is a strategic, hands-on revenue marketing role focused on building a unified BDR prospecting motion across North America and EMEA. You will shape the systems, campaigns, targeting standards, and enablement programs that help BDR teams generate high-quality pipeline at scale. Working closely with BDR leadership, regional stakeholders, analytics, and operations teams, you will turn business priorities into measurable prospecting programs. The role combines strategic ownership with practical execution across sequencing, segmentation, automation, attribution, and performance reporting. You will also use AI and intent signals to make outreach more relevant, scalable, and effective.
