Lead Email Designer

This role is designed for an experienced digital designer ready to take the next step toward creative leadership. You will create high-impact email and SMS campaigns for established direct-to-consumer brands across fashion, beauty, CPG, e-commerce, and luxury. Rather than relying on repetitive templates, you will bring campaign concepts to life through strong art direction, visual storytelling, and brand-specific design systems. You will translate strategic briefs into polished creative that balances distinctive brand expression with measurable conversion goals. The role combines hands-on design with creative critique, collaboration, and increasing ownership of brand visual direction.
