Lead Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

The Lead Business Systems Analyst will lead business analysis across a portfolio of Salesforce initiatives, helping organizations translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and implementation partners throughout the full delivery lifecycle. The role goes beyond traditional requirements gathering, with a strong focus on challenging assumptions and improving business processes. You will help balance business value, technical complexity, scalability, maintainability, and total cost of ownership when evaluating solutions. The position offers significant exposure to Salesforce capabilities including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, automation, integrations, and emerging AI tools. You will play a key role in ensuring successful discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization of business-critical solutions.
