Description

Overview The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting CIVIE’s IT infrastructure, applications, and day-to-day technology operations. This role works closely with members of the IT team, business users, and clients to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and available. This position also supports our PACS systems and related applications. Your responsibilities Respond to and troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and system alerts Resolve technical issues relating to both the hardware and software we provide for our clients and for our internal departments Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions in a wide variety of systems Resolve issues related to PACS systems and PACS administration Escalate and assign tickets to the appropriate resources Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support Ability to work a scheduled on-call rotation covering evenings, nights and weekends Experience with IT service-management/ticketing tools An understanding of computer hardware and the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues Working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, cloud technologies and enterprise applications Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to document technical issues clearly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users Healthcare experience preferred Working Conditions Fully remote position Ability to participate in virtual meetings and training sessions, and collaborative projects Occasional travel (up to 20%) to support IT operations at office locations or to ship computer equipment We Offer Paid vacation, sick time, personal time and holidays Health, dental, and vision benefits, with employer HSA contribution Long-term, short-term, and life insurances 401(k) with company match & profit sharing Monthly Fringe benefits Quarterly UberEats voucher Annual Education stipend CIVIE is an equal opportunity employer.
