About the role We’re hiring for an Intake and Engagement Coordinator — a patient-first role supporting our prospective patients into care through outreach, engagement and our free consultation call . This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Intake and Engagement Manager. This role is ideally suited for a candidate who has training and experience in direct care in reproductive health or maternal health; someone who is empathetic, motivated and willing to support our patients one-on-one to get the care they deserve. Join us in paving the way for expanded access to high-quality maternal mental healthcare! What you'll do Conduct 25 minute phone consultations with prospective patients for 4 hours/day, which involve: screening them for fit with our care model, normalizing what they are experiencing, explaining how therapy works, answering questions, checking their insurance eligibility, and signing them up for the platform. Manage prospective patient intake phone and text lines for 2 hours/day, engaging patients and scheduling them for their phone consult. Manage patient outreach initiatives including call, SMS and email Assist patients with intake form completion Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our CRM, Hubspot, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations. Monitor conversion rates and engagement metrics Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and organizational changes. Propose updates to key processes as needed to maintain them. Who you are High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices Must haves Direct patient experience in behavioral health care.
