Inside Service Agent

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Inside Service Agent based in Canada. This fully remote role is an opportunity to provide high-quality service to customers across insurance policy and billing needs.You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their coverage and supporting them through policy updates and renewals.The role also involves handling First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls and ensuring claims information is accurately documented and transferred.You will combine customer service, relationship building, insurance knowledge, and sales skills to create positive customer experiences.Success requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a performance-driven environment.You will work a 37.5-hour week within operating hours of Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, with rotating schedules.This is a home-based position offering flexibility, competitive compensation, professional development, and a range of employee-focused benefits.
