Implementation Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to lead customer onboarding experiences for a growing software platform that helps organizations modernize vehicle reimbursement programs.You will own the full implementation journey, from initial discovery and configuration through training, launch, and post-launch validation.The position combines project management, technical problem-solving, customer communication, and platform expertise to ensure successful adoption.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver seamless customer experiences.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, improving processes, and creating scalable implementation solutions.You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer success while contributing to the growth of an innovative technology environment.
