Implementation Project Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementation Project Specialist based in India. As an Implementation Project Specialist, you will help clients navigate seamless onboarding and implementation journeys across Employer of Record and Managed Services solutions. You will serve as a key client contact, coordinating projects from initial setup through successful go-live. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder management, technology implementation, and client communication in a global environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners across payroll, HR and benefits, accounting, and entity management. By proactively managing timelines, risks, deliverables, and communications, you will help create a smooth and reliable client experience.
