Role Overview The HR Operations Specialist (Onboarding & Engagement) is responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience from pre-employment through onboarding and throughout the employee lifecycle. This role oversees onboarding administration, orientation programs, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, surveys, and culture-building activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR processes. The specialist works closely with hiring managers, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to foster a positive employee experience and strengthen organizational culture.
