HR Generalist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Generalist based in the United States. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of core people operations within a remote-first, distributed organization. You’ll manage key areas including benefits administration, payroll data, HR systems, compliance, and employee relations. The role combines hands-on HR administration with opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and make operations more scalable. You’ll work closely with Finance, HR leadership, managers, employees, brokers, and external vendors. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the confidence to work independently. This role is well suited to an HR professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and creating a positive employee experience.
