This is a strategic HR opportunity focused on strengthening employee engagement across a complex, multi-unit organization.You’ll develop and execute an organization-wide engagement strategy while adapting initiatives to the needs of individual teams and locations.The role combines employee listening, data analysis, leadership development, communications, and change management.You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, HR teams, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn engagement insights into measurable action.You’ll also shape survey programs, focus groups, reporting, and training resources that help leaders understand and improve employee experience.The position offers significant influence, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a collaborative, matrixed environment.Success will come from translating employee feedback and organizational data into initiatives that improve engagement, retention, performance, and business outcomes.
