Head of User Acquisition

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of User Acquisition based in France. As Head of User Acquisition, you will lead and scale the paid acquisition strategy for a high-growth direct-to-consumer subscription product. This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of performance marketing, budget allocation, and team management across multiple paid channels. You will develop scalable acquisition systems, optimize campaign profitability, and expand into new markets and channels to drive sustainable growth. Working closely with product, creative, and analytics teams, you will ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
