Head of Revenue Operations

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and scale the revenue operating system for a fast-growing SaaS organization.You’ll own the processes, systems, metrics, forecasting, and commercial infrastructure that enable predictable growth.The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across CRM, pipeline management, pricing, and quote-to-cash operations.You’ll also lead the development of an AI-native operating layer that delivers real-time insights, automated reporting, and workflow leverage.Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Technology, you’ll create stronger cross-functional alignment.Your work will directly influence forecasting accuracy, sales productivity, pipeline health, retention, and executive decision-making.This role is ideal for a growth-stage RevOps operator who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building scalable infrastructure from the ground up.
