Head of Finance Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Finance Operations based in India. This is a senior finance leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling a shared-service model in India. You will lead a significant finance transition while maintaining reliable, accurate, and well-controlled day-to-day operations. The role combines operational leadership with finance transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement. You will help modernize finance workflows through technology, automation, data, and AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will influence the evolution of finance systems, processes, and service delivery.
