Growth Marketing Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale new acquisition channels within a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You will own growth strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging channels. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, from defining investment priorities to designing experiments and measuring results. You will work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Leadership to turn promising ideas into repeatable pipeline drivers. A major focus will be developing robust attribution and incrementality approaches for channels where traditional measurement falls short. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, experimentation, and building new programs from the ground up.
