GLOBAL - Senior Paralegal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GLOBAL - Senior Paralegal based in India. This is a global, fully remote opportunity for an experienced immigration paralegal to manage employment-based immigration matters and provide high-quality support to clients and legal teams. You’ll take ownership of assigned accounts, driving cases from initiation through filing while maintaining strong attention to detail and service standards. The role combines hands-on case preparation with account management, stakeholder communication, and process coordination. You’ll work closely with attorneys, senior legal professionals, clients, foreign nationals, and junior paralegals in a collaborative environment. Technology plays an important role, with a proprietary platform used to centralize case information and streamline workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, resilient, and confident managing complex immigration processes independently.
