This is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on building and evolving modern data platforms at scale. You will lead a team of data engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture, engineering practices, and technical decisions. The role centers on a Databricks lakehouse environment using Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog. You will shape the platform roadmap, balancing new capabilities, reliability, quality, and technical debt. A major focus will be on operational excellence, automated testing, observability, and data quality. You will also champion responsible AI adoption across development, testing, and operations to accelerate delivery.
