FSP - Clinical Team Lead - Ophthalmology

This is a remote, full-time leadership opportunity for an experienced clinical research professional specializing in ophthalmology.You will take ownership of clinical delivery across research studies, acting as the clinical project lead within a multidisciplinary team.The role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, risk management, and client partnership to ensure successful study execution.You will guide clinical teams through study start-up, conduct, data activities, and close-out while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget.Working in a multicultural and matrixed environment, you will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, vendors, and clients worldwide.You will also mentor team members, strengthen delivery practices, and use data-driven approaches to anticipate risks and solve complex challenges.This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of clinical research while working in a flexible remote environment.
