Europe Sales Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Europe Sales Director based in Germany. As Europe Sales Director, you will take full ownership of commercial growth across the European market for an innovative AI-powered healthcare product. You will be responsible for regional revenue, pipeline development, forecasting, and the overall go-to-market strategy across multiple countries. This is a highly hands-on leadership role where you will personally engage with hospitals, health systems, clinicians, and senior decision-makers throughout the sales cycle. You will shape market-entry priorities, build strategic relationships, and drive complex enterprise deals from prospecting through close. As the region grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing European sales team. Working with Marketing, Product, and Medical teams, you will help scale an impactful technology that is transforming cardiovascular care.
