This is a senior technical leadership role focused on keeping production environments stable, reliable, and continuously improving.You will lead the resolution of complex incidents while helping shape a more mature TechOps and production-support operation.The role combines hands-on engineering with people leadership, operational planning, and customer-facing communication.You will work closely with engineering teams to strengthen architecture, resilience, observability, and automation.Your decisions will directly influence system availability, performance, SLAs, and SLOs for customers who depend on critical platforms.The environment is highly autonomous, collaborative, and technically demanding, with ownership and continuous learning at its core.Because of the operational scope, availability for an on-call rotation is an essential part of the position.
