The Enablement and Governance Lead will play a strategic role in strengthening operational excellence and governance practices across a global Infrastructure & Operations organization.This position focuses on creating frameworks, improving decision-making processes, and ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business priorities.You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive transformation programs, performance management, and continuous improvement.The role combines strategic planning, portfolio management, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and organizational enablement.You will help establish scalable processes, increase operational maturity, and improve visibility across complex technology environments.Working in a fully remote setup, you will collaborate with global teams and contribute to impactful technology initiatives within the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem.
