This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced project manager who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to a fast-growing e-commerce business.You’ll own the project management environment, ensuring marketing, creative, and operational initiatives are organised and delivered on time.The role combines hands-on project coordination with process design, documentation, automation, and workload management.You’ll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams, helping establish scalable systems and ways of working from the ground up.Success requires a proactive operator who can identify blockers, keep priorities moving, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines.You’ll have significant autonomy and ownership in an environment focused on growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
