Director, Sales Enablement

As Director, Sales Enablement, you will own the systems, programs, and practices that turn sales talent into measurable revenue outcomes. This is a highly hands-on player-coach role focused on accelerating ramp time, improving win rates, and raising sales productivity. You will build practical enablement programs around live selling, call coaching, certifications, product fluency, and competitive execution. AI will be central to how you scale coaching, personalize content, analyze calls, and equip more than 30 sales representatives efficiently. You will work closely with sales leadership, solution consulting, and product teams to connect enablement priorities directly to business performance. The role offers significant autonomy in a fast-moving environment where you will diagnose gaps, build solutions, and measure whether they actually work. Your impact will be visible in how quickly new representatives become productive and how effectively the broader sales organization converts opportunities into wins.
