Director, Performance Marketing

This is a senior performance marketing leadership opportunity focused on building a durable, scalable growth engine for a B2B SaaS business.You will own the strategy and investment approach across paid acquisition, lifecycle, conversion, and emerging channels.Working closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and senior leadership, you will connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across paid search, display, social, experimentation, and account growth initiatives.You will also evaluate new acquisition opportunities and help shape how the organization responds to an evolving search and AI-driven discovery landscape.As an individual contributor initially supported by external agencies, you will define the future structure and capabilities of the performance marketing function.This role is ideal for an analytical, commercially minded marketer who thrives in lean environments and is motivated by measurable business impact.
