Director PB Coding & CDI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director PB Coding & CDI based in United States. This is a senior healthcare operations leadership role overseeing professional billing coding and clinical documentation integrity across a complex health system. You will lead organization-wide programs that support coding accuracy, documentation quality, reimbursement integrity, and regulatory compliance. The role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight of coding, audit education, and PB CDI teams. You will establish standards, monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure consistent processes across hospitals, clinics, and employed provider organizations. Strong collaboration with executives, physicians, nursing teams, coding and CDI professionals, and other stakeholders will be central to your success. You will also play a key role in developing talent through education, training, quality reviews, and continuous feedback.
