Director of Strategic Marketing Initiatives

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Strategic Marketing Initiatives based in the United States. This is a high-impact leadership role working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and the broader Marketing Leadership Team. You’ll lead strategic initiatives that span Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations, often in areas without established ownership or processes. The role combines strategy, business operations, process design, analytics, and hands-on execution to solve complex organizational challenges. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, establish governance and accountability, and turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes. A major focus will be optimizing customer journeys, operational efficiency, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional marketing programs. You’ll also champion automation and AI-first approaches to improve decision-making, scalability, speed, and execution quality. Success means becoming a trusted advisor to executive leadership while helping build more efficient and effective ways of operating across the organization.
