Director of Sales - Southwest

This is a senior sales leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling an enterprise software business across the Southwest region. You will lead a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals and own a significant regional revenue target of approximately $8–12M annually once established. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in complex, enterprise-wide SaaS opportunities. You will coach and develop sales talent, strengthen pipeline discipline, and create a culture centered on accountability, learning, and exceptional customer relationships. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy, customer needs, and broader business objectives.
