Director of Homeschool Marketing

This is a high-impact opportunity to build the consumer growth engine for an emerging homeschool education platform.You will own the strategy for attracting, converting, activating, retaining, and growing a national community of homeschool families.Rather than inheriting an established playbook, you’ll create the systems, channels, experiments, and strategies that make growth repeatable and scalable.You’ll combine customer research, performance marketing, lifecycle, product marketing, content, creative, CRO, and analytics into one cohesive growth strategy.The role offers significant autonomy, with responsibility for investment decisions, marketing performance, shared resources, and measurable commercial outcomes.You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Experience, Marketing Operations, and specialized marketing teams in a collaborative, remote-first environment.AI-native experimentation, strong commercial judgment, and a willingness to learn quickly will be central to your success.
