The Director IS Enterprise Systems provides strategic and operational leadership for critical enterprise business platforms supporting a large, complex organization. The role oversees platforms such as ERP, IT service management, robotic process automation, and other non-clinical enterprise systems. You will own the technology lifecycle from roadmap development and governance through upgrades, integrations, testing, production support, and optimization. The position combines strategic planning with operational leadership, ensuring platforms remain secure, stable, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. You will lead managers and cross-functional teams while coordinating closely with vendors, implementation partners, managed service providers, and enterprise stakeholders.
