This senior leadership role will shape compensation strategy across a complex, globally distributed organization.You will serve as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and senior business leaders.The role combines global market intelligence, job architecture, salary structures, pay equity, and compensation governance.You will translate sophisticated market data into practical recommendations that support talent attraction, retention, and organizational growth.Working across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, you will help ensure compensation remains competitive, equitable, and globally consistent.The position offers significant influence over compensation programs while partnering closely with leaders across a fast-growing life sciences environment.Success will require strong analytical judgment, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex compensation challenges with confidence.
