Director, Data Strategy

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Data Strategy based in the United States. The Director, Data Strategy will shape and advance data strategies across two critical functional areas: Customer Engagement and Integrated Marketing. This role translates business priorities into actionable data roadmaps, capability investments, and measurable outcomes across a complex enterprise environment. You will identify shared data needs, uncover gaps, and create opportunities to reuse governed data assets across brands, channels, and therapeutic areas. The position requires close collaboration with business leaders, analytics teams, data governance, technology, vendors, and other data strategy stakeholders. You will help strengthen customer engagement, omnichannel activation, field execution, marketing effectiveness, segmentation, and integrated customer experiences through better use of data. Success will depend on your ability to balance strategic priorities, manage a portfolio of data capabilities, and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
