Dedicated Sales Activation Specialist

The Dedicated Sales Activation Specialist will help new business customers successfully launch their 401(k) plans while delivering a high-quality, supportive experience throughout the onboarding journey. This role combines customer engagement, implementation coordination, process management, and sales activation in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with a diverse range of businesses, guiding decision-makers through plan setup and helping them understand their retirement savings options. You’ll own customer timelines, maintain activation momentum, address objections, and identify blockers before they impact launch. Success will be measured through activation targets, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and the ability to manage a high volume of implementations simultaneously.
