CX Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CX Designer based in United States. As a CX Designer, you will shape intuitive, effective product experiences for both customers and internal teams. You will own design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research through launch, testing, and continuous iteration. Working closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders, you will translate user and business needs into thoughtful digital experiences. The role combines UX research, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design. You will help solve complex business and workflow challenges while balancing user needs with technical constraints. Success requires strong design judgment, clear communication, and a highly collaborative approach to agile product development.
