Customer Support Engineer - Endpoint/MTD (Device) & Cybersecurity

Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Engineer - Endpoint/MTD (Device) & Cybersecurity based in India. This role is an opportunity to become a trusted technical expert supporting enterprise customers across mobile security, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity solutions. You will own complex customer issues from initial investigation through resolution, combining technical troubleshooting with strong customer communication. The position sits at the intersection of mobile applications, SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and security operations. You will investigate product behavior, diagnose issues, validate fixes, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, QA, and customer success teams.
