CRM Migration & Automation Specialist

This is a hands-on contract opportunity focused on migrating and modernizing CRM infrastructure across complex business systems.You will help transition workflows and data from HubSpot to GoHighLevel while ensuring automations, integrations, and sales processes remain reliable.The role combines CRM architecture, workflow automation, data validation, integration troubleshooting, testing, and technical documentation.You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and dependable system workflows.A key part of the position is identifying risks, edge cases, broken logic, and gaps before they impact users or business operations.You will also contribute to integrations involving Zapier, Make.com, monday.com, APIs, and webhooks, with opportunities to support smaller technical tasks.This role is ideal for a systems-minded specialist who enjoys turning complex, fragmented processes into organized, tested, and reliable CRM environments.
