CRM & Communications Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM & Communications Coordinator based in France. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of CRM and high-volume communications across a growing multi-brand portfolio. You will ensure landlords and tenants receive the right information, through the right channel, at the right time. Working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment, you will manage email operations, audience segmentation and recurring communications at scale. You will help build repeatable systems that make it easy to integrate newly acquired brands into a consistent communications infrastructure. The role combines operational discipline, clear copywriting, data analysis and process improvement with hands-on CRM execution. You will use automation and AI tools to reduce repetitive work while continuously improving engagement, deliverability and communication quality.
