This is a performance-focused creative strategy role centered on paid social advertising, with Meta as the primary channel.You’ll turn customer insights, advertising data, and consumer psychology into concepts that capture attention and drive measurable conversions.Your responsibilities will span creative ideation, direct-response copy, performance analysis, testing, and detailed creative briefing.You’ll work closely with designers, video editors, UGC creators, and performance marketing specialists to bring winning concepts to life.While the role also contributes to landing pages, website messaging, and organic content, paid advertising performance remains the core priority.You’ll have the autonomy to test ideas, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the creative system based on evidence rather than personal preference.It’s an ideal environment for a commercially minded strategist who combines creativity with analytical thinking and thrives in a fast-moving DTC setting.
