Content Operations Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Operations Associate based in the United States. The Content Operations Associate supports the development, quality assurance, and deployment of K–12 assessment materials in a structured, detail-oriented environment. This role contributes directly to the accuracy and reliability of test forms and supporting configuration materials used in educational settings. You will work with established processes and systems to create, review, and quality-check content throughout the production lifecycle. The position also involves coordinating with external vendors and monitoring their work to ensure quality and process requirements are met. Success in this role requires strong organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines. You will collaborate with internal teams while developing practical experience in content operations, project coordination, quality control, and educational assessment.
