Community & Content Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community & Content Manager based in the United States. This fully remote role will shape the voice, presence, and community engagement of a portfolio of outdoor education and recreation brands.You’ll own social media operations while building authentic relationships with influencers, ambassadors, creators, and niche online communities.The role combines content strategy, community management, user-generated content, partnership development, and earned-media support.You’ll have the opportunity to grow brand awareness across channels including Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, forums, podcasts, and emerging platforms.Success requires both creative storytelling and strong operational discipline across multiple brands, campaigns, partners, and deadlines.You’ll work closely with marketing, brand, creative, and product teams to turn audience insights and community activity into meaningful business opportunities.This is an ideal opportunity for a digitally fluent communicator who is passionate about outdoor recreation and thrives in a collaborative, distributed environment.
