CNC Programmer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CNC Programmer based in the United States. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to serve as a key technical expert within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will translate engineering drawings and production requirements into precise CNC programming, machine setups, and fabrication processes. The position supports mills, lathes, lasers, turrets, panel benders, and other sheet-metal equipment while maintaining demanding quality and tolerance standards. You will collaborate with engineering teams on prototypes, tooling, production optimization, and cost analysis. As a subject-matter expert, you will also troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues while supporting and developing machine operators. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, independent decision-making, and a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and just-in-time production.
