Clinical Operations Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Operations Analyst based in the United States. This remote role offers the opportunity to turn complex healthcare and clinical data into insights that directly support senior leadership and clinical decision-making. You will analyze performance, utilization, and operational data across a broad range of clinical functions. The position works cross-functionally with teams spanning Clinical Quality, Population Health, Dental, Pharmacy, Medical Management, and Health & Well-being. You will develop reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions that help identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Your work will contribute to stronger operational performance, data quality, and evidence-based decision-making.
