Chief of Staff, NA Sales

This high-visibility role serves as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the senior leader of a North American sales organization.You will translate business strategy into execution while creating the operating rhythm, visibility, and accountability needed to drive growth.The position combines executive advisory responsibilities with ownership of major go-to-market initiatives, planning processes, and cross-functional programs.You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and HR to align priorities and accelerate execution.With regular exposure to executive leadership, you will shape decisions around territories, quotas, capacity, budgets, GTM motions, and organizational priorities.The role is ideal for a commercially minded operator who can move seamlessly between strategic analysis, executive communication, and hands-on delivery.You will have significant influence over how a distributed sales organization performs, scales, and responds to evolving market opportunities.
