This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the launch and growth of a casino business in the Canadian market.You will own commercial performance across revenue, retention, player value, and long-term growth.The role combines market strategy, player engagement, localisation, partnerships, and hands-on operations.You’ll shape the casino experience for Canadian players across game selection, promotions, UX, and player journeys.Working cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Marketing, Compliance, and Data, you’ll turn insights into measurable results.You’ll operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where ownership, experimentation, and analytical thinking are essential.This role offers the opportunity to help establish and scale a casino proposition across Canada from an early stage.
