Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) Fully Remote | $55,000–$60,000 per year SpartanX is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter who knows how to find exceptional talent in the electrical and construction industries. If you have experience recruiting electricians, construction professionals, or skilled trades—and solar recruiting is in your toolbox—we want to talk to you. This is a fully remote position supporting hiring efforts across multiple U.S. markets. You'll partner with hiring managers to recruit top talent while helping build the workforce that powers one of the fastest-growing industries in the country. What You'll Do Recruit electricians, apprentices, construction professionals, and skilled trades talent Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews in both English and Spanish Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics Extend offers and coordinate with the HR and onboarding teams What We're Looking For Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Previous recruiting experience in electrical, construction, or skilled trades Solar industry recruiting experience is a strong plus Experience managing full-cycle recruiting Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Ability to prioritize multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines Experience using ATS platforms and major job boards Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment What We Offer $55,000–$60,000 annual salary Fully remote position Monday–Friday schedule Opportunity to recruit for a growing national company Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement If you're a recruiter who understands the skilled trades, enjoys finding hard-to-fill talent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
