AWS Technical Account Manager

This role offers the opportunity to manage strategic customer relationships while guiding complex AWS cloud initiatives from planning through successful delivery.You will serve as a key bridge between customers, sales teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure cloud solutions align with business goals.The position combines technical understanding, project management, account leadership, and customer success across multiple engagements.You will oversee initiatives spanning managed cloud services, cloud migrations, application modernization, development, and Well-Architected Reviews.Success requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to balance schedules, budgets, risks, technical resources, and customer expectations.You will also help identify opportunities to improve customer environments and contribute to account growth through consultative cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys managing diverse cloud projects and creating measurable value through AWS solutions.
